Roast turkey, with all the trimmings
Seared free-range chicken breast, stuffed with brie, cheddar and mozzarella wrapped in parma ham and served in a cream, white wine and mushroom sauce
Beef olives (no olives!): slow-cooked tender beef stuffed with smoked ham,
chestnuts and breadcrumbs in an ale and mushroom gravy
Catch of the day - seasonal locally caught fish
chosen from whatever is available during the winter season
